In a training situation, it is essential for floor trainers to always know "What's Next." This concept revolves around the idea of maintaining a forward-thinking approach in the training process. Trainers must be aware of the structure and flow of the training sessions, including the sequence of topics, activities, or assessments. Being knowledgeable about what comes next allows trainers to effectively prepare and manage the training environment, ensuring that trainees receive timely and relevant information. It helps in maintaining the momentum of the training, allows for seamless transitions between different topics or exercises, and ensures that trainees remain engaged and focused on their learning objectives.

Understanding "What's Next" also facilitates better communication with the trainees, allowing trainers to set appropriate expectations and provide clear guidance throughout the learning experience. This proactive mindset aids in identifying areas where trainees may need additional support or clarification, ultimately enhancing the overall effectiveness of the training program.
